INITIAL SESSION

I conduct a comprehensive assessment. Here we’ll explore eating patterns, health habits, lifestyle choices, and more. Next, we'll talk about your goals and develop clear steps for you to reach them.

STEP 3

ONGOING SUPPORT

Healthy habits and dramatic results don't happen overnight. We'll meet every 2-3 weeks for ongoing support and accountability as you make positive nutrition and lifestyle changes.
